Role Overview
Hotshot Properties is seeking a proactive and highly organised Listing Coordinator to support its Abu Dhabi real estate operations. The role focuses on keeping property listings accurate, current, and well-presented across multiple channels, while also assisting the wider sales and leasing function with day-to-day coordination and admin support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refresh property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and internal CRM tools.
- Confirm property availability and verify listing details with agents and owners to ensure accuracy.
- Arrange property photography sessions and coordinate marketing collateral.
- Keep all listing-related documents, permits, and information fully updated.
- Prepare reports on listing performance and monitor lead engagement/activity.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales and leasing team as needed.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Hands-on familiarity with property portals and CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail.
