About the Role
As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to uphold our restaurant's high standards. You will collaborate closely with seasoned chefs and the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and outstanding dining experience for our patrons. This position presents a dynamic chance to join a lively culinary group and enhance our establishment's renown for superior cuisine and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or needs to the head chef.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Additional Information
This role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires the candidate to be present onsite.
