Role Overview
This position is for a Supply Chain Lead based in Mundra, Gujarat, India. The role focuses on coordinating sourcing, execution, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment within supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engagement with institutions and support sourcing activities.
- Drive execution of programs and ensure planned initiatives are delivered effectively.
- Work on process improvements and technology-enabled ways of working.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep activities aligned.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification required: any graduate.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in talent acquisition, supply chain, or institutional partnerships.
- At least 3 years of experience should be in a supervisory capacity.
