Role Summary

The Lead - Marketing & Business Development will play a central role in scaling Valueit’s growth. This position involves shaping and delivering marketing plans, building strategic alliances, finding new commercial opportunities, and strengthening brand visibility across priority markets. The role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, working closely with the Founder to speed up customer growth, revenue expansion, and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated marketing and growth plans that support the company’s objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that attract, engage, and retain customers across both online and offline channels.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, universities, fintech firms, and corporate customers.
  • Spot and pursue new business avenues, partnership opportunities, and additional revenue sources.
  • Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Oversee brand positioning, content direction, public relations, and social media activity.
  • Use data and performance metrics to assess campaign results, customer trends, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Work with Product, Research, and Technology teams to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and investor meetings.
  • Track market developments, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, growth, or strategic partnerships, ideally in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology.
  • A demonstrated history of driving business growth and launching effective marketing initiatives.
  • Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and performance marketing methods will be beneficial.
  • Someone who is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting.
