About the Role
Bäckerei Rutz is a long-standing family business with 26 branches and around 250 employees. The company places strong emphasis on teamwork, craftsmanship, quality, and warm customer service. For its new bakery production site in Walldorf, it is looking for a Konditormeister (m/w/d) to join the team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a range of confectionery and pastry products.
- Assist the head of the confectionery department in day-to-day production work.
Requirements
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are willing to work night shifts starting at around 3:00 a.m.
- You bring reliability and enjoy producing handcrafted goods at a high quality standard.
