Role Overview

As an Associate Recruitment Executive, you will own a dedicated technology market and manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish. The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering strong candidates for technology roles.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a Project Coordinator or Project Management capacity.
• Previous exposure to a client-facing or customer-facing role would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Compensation and Growth

• Estimated first-year total earnings: €47,000, made up of base pay, bonus, and commission.
• Year 2 earning potential: €70,000+.
• Year 3 earning potential: €100,000+.
