About the company

Edubini GmbH is a young, fast-scaling e-commerce company based in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt district. Its mission is to inspire children to love lifelong learning through innovative products and to help make everyday life brighter and more joyful for families.

This role offers the chance to contribute to product development from the very first idea all the way through to the final product launch.

Role overview

As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the full lifecycle of product creation. Your work will span concept development, visual planning, project coordination, supplier communication, design follow-up, and sample approval. You will help turn ideas into finished products that resonate with families.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple product development streams and keep each project moving from concept through launch.
  • Prepare creative briefs for external designers and agencies, then manage their work through to final approval.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with manufacturers and suppliers across Asia and Europe.
  • Create technical drawings, tech packs, and print-ready assets in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Manage the complete sample workflow, including ordering, review, approval, and release.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in product design, industrial design, or a closely related field.
  • You bring at least one year of professional experience in product development.
  • You are confident using Adobe Illustrator and understand print preparation and pre-press workflows.
  • You work in a structured, precise way and can keep track of several projects at once.
  • You are practical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and getting involved hands-on.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay with real opportunities to grow into larger responsibilities as your performance stands out.
  • A low-politics, low-hierarchy environment where progression is based on growth rather than waiting around.
  • Flexible work setup with remote, hybrid, or office-based options.
  • Team trips, offsites, workations, and a culture that balances achievement with enjoyment.
  • Modern equipment including a MacBook, height-adjustable desk, and everything needed to perform at your best.
  • A contemporary office in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt with views of the Elbphilharmonie.

Additional information

The position is based in Hamburg, Germany. The company offers flexibility in working style, allowing remote, hybrid, or office work.
