Role overview
We are looking for a Junior Management Assistant to support administrative and organizational work for the leadership team of a growing company. This position is suited to someone proactive, well organized, and eager to build experience while working closely with managers and contributing to projects across different business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Track tasks and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Keep documents and information organized and up to date.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with special management initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Currently studying or already graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
