Role overview
This opening is for a Junior Designer to produce polished, thoughtful creative work that helps brands stand out in real-world settings. The position contributes to shopper marketing, brand, advertising, and digital projects, supporting work from early concept development through to final delivery. You will partner with creative and account teams to deliver visually strong output that is grounded in strategy and crafted to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality design outputs that answer briefs in a clear and imaginative way.
- Turn concepts into effective visual solutions across print, digital, experiential, and retail applications.
- Build contemporary design work from first ideas or from established creative direction.
- Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to deliver successful projects.
- Help develop design systems, brand guidelines, and client toolkits.
- Present creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute to new business efforts by creating engaging, idea-driven pitch material.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience producing strong design work across multiple formats.
- A portfolio that shows originality, adaptability, and close attention to detail.
- Good understanding of core design principles and visual communication.
- Comfort using professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to handle deadlines while keeping output consistent and high in quality.
- A team-oriented approach with openness to critique and refinement.
- Natural curiosity, a commitment to craft, and interest in continuous improvement.
