About the Internship
As a People Team Intern at Blinkit, you will play a key role in fostering employee engagement and enhancing workplace culture through various initiatives and collaboration with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and lifting organizational morale.
- Assist in cultivating an inclusive and vibrant corporate culture that reflects the company's people-first values through practical, measurable efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver meaningful milestone experiences across diverse people programs and interaction points.
Candidate Eligibility
