About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for the Dammam branch in Eastern Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for overseeing the complete HR function, maintaining strong adherence to Saudi labor regulations, and ensuring efficient people management across the branch. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of manpower planning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the HR team assigned to the Dammam branch.
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law as well as internal company policies.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer government-related HR processes through GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and similar portals.
  • Supervise employee relations activities, including disciplinary matters and conflict handling.
  • Create and roll out HR plans that support wider business goals.
  • Contribute to Saudization and other workforce nationalization efforts.
  • Coordinate payroll matters and keep HR records and documentation in order.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 5 years within a manufacturing company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an HR team.
  • Strong command of Saudi labor regulations and government HR platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
