Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position supporting essential Human Resources functions across the company. The Human Resources Generalist will manage daily tasks including assisting with the implementation of HR policies, supporting various stages of the employee lifecycle, and addressing HR-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include administering employee benefits, meticulously maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and company policies. The role involves close collaboration with managers and staff to resolve HR challenges, facilitate onboarding processes, and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Success in this role demands excellent communication abilities, the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion, and the skill to work autonomously while meeting all deadlines.
