About the Role
This position is responsible for steering the organization’s people strategy and day-to-day HR operations. The role covers talent management, organizational development, and the creation and implementation of HR policies across the business.

Responsibilities
- Shape and maintain HR strategy along with the associated policies.
- Drive hiring efforts and support employee retention initiatives.
- Manage performance review processes and employee development plans.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with recognized standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in senior-level human resources roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to guide teams effectively.
