HR Assistant

Role overview

Alpha Automation (Rolling Shutter Industrries BD) is hiring a full-time remote HR Assistant to support core people operations. The position focuses on keeping employee information accurate, handling HR paperwork and system updates, and helping the HR team run smoothly day to day.

What you will do

• Keep employee records organized and up to date.
• Prepare, manage, and file HR documents.
• Enter and update data in the HR information system.
• Respond to basic questions related to employee benefits and support related paperwork.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and scheduling learning sessions.
• Help arrange virtual HR meetings and distribute employee communications.
• Provide general administrative assistance to HR leadership.
• Draft HR reports and help ensure company policies and procedures are communicated clearly and consistently.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of human resources and be comfortable supporting routine HR tasks. Good data handling, strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail are important for this remote role.

Preferred background

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Experience with HRIS tools, benefits administration, onboarding support, and online collaboration platforms will be valuable. Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or automation-based work environments is considered an advantage.
