Role overview
An established partner is looking for an Assistant Housekeeper (m/w/d) for an onboard position. The role supports the housekeeping leadership in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a professional international environment.
Key duties
- Assist the housekeeping manager with the daily running of the department.
- Coordinate cabin cleaning and the upkeep of public areas.
- Lead, encourage, and train the housekeeping team.
- Maintain strong standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service quality.
- Support scheduling, inventory monitoring, and operational coordination.
Profile requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong command of English is essential.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Good organisational ability, teamwork, and a strong guest-service mindset.
- Willingness to work onboard for several months in an international setting.
