Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play an important role in creating a comfortable, welcoming stay for guests by keeping rooms and common housekeeping supplies in excellent order. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh assigned guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and carrying out deeper cleaning work when required.
- Replace used bed linen, towels, and other guest essentials as needed.
- Keep the housekeeping cart stocked, organized, maintained, and moved between areas each day.
- Respond quickly and politely to guest requests and service needs.
- Remove waste and recyclables and place them in the correct disposal areas.
Qualification and Experience
This role expects at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping. Previous exposure to housekeeping or room attendant work in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred. Candidates should be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, handle physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting for long periods, and work efficiently within allotted timeframes.
