Hotel Housekeeper

Overview

Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge is hiring a hotel housekeeper to help maintain clean, comfortable, and guest-ready spaces throughout the property in Banff, Alberta.

Language Requirement

English is required for this role.

Education Requirement

No diploma, certificate, or degree is needed.

Experience Requirement

Applicants should have between 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Location

This is an on-site position. The work must be performed at the physical location, with no remote option available.

Work Setting

Staff accommodation is available.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Remove dust from furniture and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstered items.
• Prepare rooms by making beds and replacing bedding.
• Replenish towels and toiletries for guests.
• Maintain stock in the linen closet.
• Sanitize elevators as needed.
• Collect, track, and report lost property.
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies and similar needs.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Clean showers and changing areas.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
