Role overview

Nord Anglia International School Dubai is seeking a Higher-Level Learning Support Assistant to support its inclusion provision in a full-time, on-site capacity. The role is centered on helping secondary students with SEND through focused interventions, one-to-one and small-group support, and the coordination of systems that keep the school’s support provision running smoothly.

This position combines direct work with students and behind-the-scenes organisation. The successful candidate will help schedule intervention sessions, manage access arrangements, and support exam logistics, while also encouraging independence and close collaboration with teaching staff. The aim is to ensure learners make strong academic progress in an inclusive environment.
