Job Summary
Aurora is seeking a skilled Heat Treat Operator for its aerospace precision engineering division, located in the East of Singapore. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary with overtime opportunities and a 5-day work week on a shift basis. The role involves operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces, ensuring aerospace parts meet stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and meticulously monitor heat treatment furnaces in accordance with established specifications.
- Carefully load and unload aerospace components, ensuring adherence to correct heat treatment cycles.
- Accurately record all process data and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
- Conduct routine basic checks and perform essential maintenance on equipment.
- Verify that all processed parts consistently meet the high-quality standards required for aerospace applications.
Requirements
- Possess prior experience in heat treatment processes or metal processing.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret technical drawings and strictly follow established procedures.
- Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Be willing and able to work overtime or shifts as required by operational needs.
Additional Information
