What you'll do

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, the underlying business model, and the main growth drivers.
• Use AI tools, automation, and advanced analytics to examine successful campaigns, spot patterns in user and product data, and turn findings into practical insights.
• Convert data, experiment outcomes, competitor research, and AI-assisted exploration into testable ideas that can improve growth and monetization.
• Plan and execute structured experiments with real users, working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to move fast and refine based on results.
• Launch effective ideas at scale and apply what each experiment teaches to shape the next round of testing and discovery.

Contract and working arrangement

This is a permanent or fixed-term opportunity that can be full-time or part-time.

The role can be based in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw, and may also be performed fully remotely from eligible countries.

Selection process

The hiring process focuses on verified evidence of excellence, regardless of seniority. Every applicant is assessed through the same process, and there are no special shortcuts based on background.

Candidates are encouraged not to rule themselves out simply because they have limited experience or do not consider their CV perfect.

During the first few months, you should expect to spend most days in the Milan office to ramp up quickly and build strong working relationships, even if your long-term location is elsewhere. Travel and accommodation support will be provided for this initial period. After that, you may work from an office or remotely from approved countries, depending on the final agreement.
