As the business expands, it is seeking a driven Growth Executive to help grow its customer portfolio and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
Role overview
This position is more consultative than a conventional sales role. In the Growth Executive role, you will act as a trusted partner to potential clients, uncovering ways DigiU’s SaaS products and consulting services can support better customer experience, debt collection, compliance, and operational performance. You will collaborate with senior leaders across energy, utilities, and enterprise accounts, supporting them through their digital transformation decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Create new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with C-suite leaders, operations heads, and technology stakeholders.
- Run discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and business goals.
- Present and demo DigiU’s SaaS solutions.
- Draft proposals and commercial offerings that match client requirements.
- Track opportunities through the complete sales process using CRM tools.
- Partner with product, delivery, and leadership teams to shape effective solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Create strategic alliances that support sustained growth.
- Meet and outperform revenue targets consistently.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
- A commercially minded approach with solid problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven attitude and comfort in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Experience handling several opportunities at the same time.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Preferred industry exposure
Experience selling into one or more of these areas would be an advantage: energy retail, utilities, telecommunications, financial services, enterprise software, contact centre solutions, compliance technology, AI platforms, and CRM solutions.
