Graphic Designer

Role overview

PixelArc Digital Solutions, part of Pyramid Consultancy, is expanding its digital marketing team and is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help shape strong visual communication for brands. The role involves turning ideas into engaging visuals for marketing, branding, and online campaigns, while working closely with content and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and motion-based graphics for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and websites.
• Build and refresh brand identity assets such as logos, style guides, and other brand materials.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing collaterals that are visually polished and effective.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure the visual direction supports the messaging and campaign objectives.
• Develop creative concepts for client requirements across different industries.
• Maintain consistency in design quality and visual language across all outputs.
• Handle several projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Keep up with current design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Required skills and competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Practical experience using Canva Pro for fast-turnaround social media creatives.
• Good grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop and execute creative ideas independently with limited oversight.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is advantageous.
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain design choices confidently.
