What You’ll Do
- Develop fresh, visually compelling designs that follow brand standards and reflect strong design fundamentals.
- Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for print, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Modify stock photos and video clips so they align with project goals and brand direction.
- Retouch, resize, refine, and optimize images and video assets for different uses.
- Update corporate presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral to support internal and external communications.

- Organize, manage, and keep visual libraries up to date, including existing photo and video collections.
- Coordinate mass printing requests and work with outside vendors to complete production needs.
- Partner with Communications, Marketing, and other teams such as HR, Business Development, and Engineering to deliver consistent, high-quality content across channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in design roles supporting marketing, corporate communications, or public relations; experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or industrial settings is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showing design, editing, and visual storytelling work across several formats and platforms.
- Proven ability to design graphics for social media campaigns, with a solid understanding of platform-specific visual best practices.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere, plus Microsoft Office tools such as SharePoint and PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Comfort translating technical or complex topics into simple, audience-friendly visuals and content.
- A detail-focused, self-driven professional who can take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
