Graphic Designer - Event Management

Role Summary

The organization is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to work on-site in Chennai, with a primary focus on event management-related creative work. This position is centered on producing visually engaging assets that support event branding and communicate the intended creative direction clearly and consistently.

What You Will Do

• Create graphics, logos, and other visual elements used across event branding materials.
• Partner with the event team to develop design solutions that are visually appealing and practical for execution.
• Make sure every design follows the approved creative direction and brand standards.
• Apply typography and branding principles to strengthen the overall visual quality of projects.
• Track current design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into creative outputs when appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring solid creative ability along with technical design expertise. A good understanding of logo creation, brand identity development, and typography is important. The role also requires attention to detail, the ability to work within deadlines, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable software is expected. A bachelor's degree or equivalent background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred. Prior experience creating graphics for events would be an added advantage.
