Core Responsibilities

The role also includes creating schedules, placing product orders, training team members, and participating in hiring decisions. In addition, General Managers are eligible for a profit-share bonus tied to meeting cost-control goals.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred, with 1 year as the suggested benchmark.
