Role Overview
This is an immediate opening for a full-time merchandiser with a growing company known for a portfolio of grocery and frozen-food brands, including Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, Mrs. Smith's, Edwards, bibigo, and Pagoda. The role is based in retail stores in Jackson, TN and focuses on keeping products visible, stocked, and properly presented for shoppers.
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly pay is $19.
- The workweek runs Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
- The schedule totals 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do
- Keep the company’s brands stocked and well displayed in assigned retail locations.
- Merchandise products and rotate inventory as needed.
- Create and maintain attractive product displays.
- Deliver strong customer service and foster positive working relationships with store staff.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior grocery store experience.
- A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a minimum age of 18.
- The ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen items using the proper equipment.
- Access to a smartphone that can run the company’s required technology.
- Willingness and ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
