Role Overview

The organization is looking for a Freelance CX Trainer in Singapore to support learning and development initiatives for client teams in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the project team to keep training plans, deadlines, and schedules aligned.
  • Understand client learning needs and shape training that creates real impact for their teams.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to define training goals and arrange session timelines.
  • Help design effective training content and program structures.
  • Deliver classroom and online training, including retail programs, workshops, and coaching sessions, in a way that drives engagement and behavior change.
  • Use interactive approaches such as discussion, demonstration, games, and storytelling to keep participants involved.
  • Provide coaching support either on the shop floor or virtually.

Requirements

  • Strong background in luxury retail, ideally in skincare, perfume, makeup, or other premium retail segments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service excellence, customer experience, and training-related work.
  • Prior experience running classroom sessions, workshops, and frontline coaching on topics such as CX mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, and clienteling/CRM.
  • Comfortable facilitating learning through multiple interactive teaching methods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to create training materials and learning activities is an advantage.
