About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Franchisee Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on managing legal aspects of franchising, driving growth for current franchisees, and acquiring new franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of franchise development and management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all legal matters pertaining to franchise agreements and operations.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to foster the growth and success of existing franchise outlets.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and onboard new franchisees.
