Overview
Integrated Quality Solutions is looking for an experienced field recruiter to support large-volume hiring for last-mile roles across India. The focus will be on recruiting riders, delivery executives, courier agents, and other workforce profiles connected to logistics and last-mile operations.
Role Details
This is a work-from-home position with hiring activity centered on Delhi NCR. The role follows a day-shift schedule and offers a monthly salary of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 along with attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Find, source, and screen suitable candidates for open hiring needs.
- Handle recruitment for riders, delivery executives, and similar last-mile roles.
- Conduct cold calls and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Arrange interviews and support the onboarding process.
- Manage bulk and mass hiring requirements efficiently.
- Work toward assigned recruitment targets and hiring goals.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or bulk hiring.
- Prior exposure to blue-collar, logistics, delivery partner, or last-mile hiring is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and candidate sourcing abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and meet hiring targets.
