Role overview
This role is for a driven Field Recruiter who can support high-volume hiring and help bring in the right candidates on time. The position involves finding talent from nearby markets, completing first-level evaluations, arranging interviews, and following through until selected candidates join.
What you will do
- Visit local markets, job fairs, and other community touchpoints to identify suitable candidates.
- Use referrals and local networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Carry out first-round screening and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Drive candidate movement and ensure joining happens within the planned hiring schedule.
- Track recruitment activity and prepare daily hiring updates and reports.
- Develop and maintain connections with institutes, placement partners, and community organizations.
Skills and profile needed
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfort with travelling for on-ground recruitment work.
- Working understanding of recruitment practices.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and proactive mindset.
Eligibility
