Field Inspector

Role Summary

In this field-based position, you will visit residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may be suitable for a complimentary roof inspection, and arrange inspection appointments with homeowners. The work is outdoors and active, and it is suited to someone who is comfortable speaking with people in person. You will not be selling roofing services, and you will not be climbing roofs. Your focus will be on ground-level observation, homeowner education, and appointment setting for the in-home inspection team.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned residential areas on foot.
• Approach homeowners directly at their residences.
• Carry out simple visual checks from ground level.
• Communicate the details of the free roof inspection offer.
• Book inspection appointments with interested homeowners.
• Remain active and work outdoors throughout the day.

Schedule and Work Conditions

This is an on-site role with availability required Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The job requires 40 hours per week. No overnight travel is involved, and transportation from the office is provided by the team.

Compensation

Pay includes hourly wages, commission, and bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated as $770 to $1,350, and first-year income is noted as typically ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 or more, depending on performance and consistency.
