What you will do

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Hands-on experience across hard and soft FM services.
  • Background in client relationship management, contractor oversight, budgeting, cost control, and contract handling.
  • Ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs while meeting compliance standards.
  • Experience in producing operational reports, service reviews, and maintenance documentation.
  • Previous work in schools or comparable environments is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
  • Professional qualifications such as IFMA, RICS, IWFM/BIFM, IMechE, IET, CIBSE, ICE, or equivalent are preferred.
