Objective

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact internal and external events that support the organization’s objectives and values. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and keep up-to-date a central events calendar covering all planned activities across departments, helping avoid clashes and improving participation.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of internal and external events, including corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs, ensuring they reflect the organization’s goals, standards, and brand identity.
  • Oversee event budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Track event spending and maintain compliance with financial controls and guidelines.

  • Stay informed on current event trends, tools, and industry practices, and introduce fresh formats and ideas that strengthen employee engagement and experience.
