Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position focused on managing and growing strategic relationships with Zutek’s largest enterprise clients. The role is centered on account expansion, renewals, and client satisfaction through a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals and the delivery of solutions that support successful technology rollouts. The Enterprise Client Director works closely with senior client contacts, leads account strategy, coordinates across internal teams, and looks for opportunities to add value through additional services. The position also involves tracking account health, handling escalations, maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and customers, supporting forecasting, contributing to enterprise sales efforts, and improving account-management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients and drive long-term account growth.
- Oversee renewals, retention efforts, and overall client satisfaction.
- Work with executive-level stakeholders to understand goals, priorities, and success measures.
- Develop account plans and align proposed solutions with business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of projects.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell potential.
- Monitor account performance and address issues or escalations promptly.
- Keep communication clear and consistent between clients and internal teams.
- Support forecasting, pipeline activity, and complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Help improve enterprise account-management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in business relationship management and account management, with the ability to earn trust, improve retention, and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
- Consultative background that includes understanding client drivers, shaping solutions, and presenting recommendations supported by data.
- Ability to lead teams and work across functions to coordinate resources and keep execution aligned.
- Strong sales capability, including upselling, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Prior work with enterprise customers in technology services, systems integration, or similar industries; exposure to restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation and negotiation skills for executive-level interactions.
- Well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of accountability and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Comfort working remotely, managing several priorities at once, and traveling to client locations when required.
