We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to help expand the company’s presence across the UK’s largest organizations. In this role, you will connect with senior leaders in Procurement and HR to address complex contingent workforce challenges through a proven SaaS platform. This is an outbound-focused position designed for someone who wants to build pipeline for a market-leading, profitable business.

Responsibilities
- Carry out high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with senior leaders in contingent workforce and procurement.
- Spot operational issues in workforce programs with annual spend of £20m+ and help qualify early-stage opportunities for the Senior Enterprise Sales team.
- Keep CRM records accurate and detailed by logging stakeholder information and discovery notes so handovers are smooth and reporting stays reliable.
Candidate profile
- Strong subject-matter knowledge of the contingent workforce space, including MSP models, VMS tools, or senior-level recruitment and staffing experience.
- Demonstrated success in B2B business development, with the persistence needed for steady daily outbound activity toward enterprise contacts.
- Excellent discovery and qualification abilities, along with the confidence to explain complex workforce structures and business problems to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
