Role overview
This position focuses on expanding enterprise business by shaping partnership strategy across direct sales channels, identifying growth opportunities, and helping turn promising ideas into practical initiatives. The role also involves supporting revenue growth through partner management, sales enablement, and relationship development in the telecommunications space.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate partnership strategy for direct sales channels.
- Spot new business development opportunities in both early-stage concepts and established areas.
- Take the lead in evaluating and shortlisting priority ideas, then seek management sign-off for implementation.
- Recommend relationship-building opportunities and help build a strong business portfolio.
- Create and maintain partnerships with important stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Manage partners to help achieve performance targets.
- Assist and guide the sales team in generating qualified leads.
- Carry out any other project work, assignments, or tasks delegated by the line manager.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial planning within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven ability to build rapport, understand channel requirements, and resolve partner or channel queries effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of telecom products and services, along with excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and genuine interest in the mobile telecommunications sector are essential.
- Applicants must be Qatari nationals.
