Role overview
Goodstart Early Learning is hiring a full-time permanent Educator for its Gladstone Beak Street centre in New Auckland, Gladstone, Queensland. This role offers a pay range of $35.44 to $39.91 per hour, with the final rate determined by experience and qualification, plus superannuation and benefits.
What the role is about
As an Educator, you will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to support and strengthen high-quality learning experiences for children. The position focuses on building safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where every child is supported to learn, grow, and feel valued.
Key duties
- Support the delivery and improvement of learning programs for children.
- Work in partnership with senior team members and the educational leader to enhance the centre’s program.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
- Contribute to children’s development and wellbeing through daily care and learning experiences.

Additional information
