This role is for a professional driver supporting senior management in Singapore. The position requires dependable, discreet, and safety-focused transport services, along with careful vehicle upkeep and strong coordination to keep schedules running smoothly.

Transport and driving duties

• Provide secure, timely, and efficient travel for senior leaders to business meetings, corporate functions, and personal appointments.
• Choose routes smartly by considering traffic, weather, and unexpected delays so arrivals stay on schedule.
• Be available for early starts, late finishes, and the occasional weekend assignment as business needs change.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well cared for, and in proper working condition.
• Carry out regular checks such as fuel status, tyre pressure, and service intervals.
• Arrange servicing, repair work, and any required regulatory compliance for the vehicle.

Professional conduct and confidentiality

• Treat all conversations, destinations, and activities with complete confidentiality.
• Show discretion, honesty, and a consistently professional attitude.
• Represent the company well through polite, respectful, and composed behaviour.
• Follow all Singapore traffic rules and road safety requirements without exception.
• Maintain a spotless driving history with no significant traffic offences.
• Handle sensitive information and senior management transport with full confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level education from a recognised school.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a professional or personal driver for senior executives.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic flow, and major business areas.
• Demonstrated history of safe and dependable driving.
• Professional manner with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• High levels of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust to changing plans.
