Overview

This position is with a family-run personnel services company that operates from multiple locations across several German states and supports clients throughout Germany and Europe. Key Duties

• Receive customer enquiries in a friendly manner, advise them professionally, and prepare suitable quotations.
• Plan and coordinate the deployment of drivers, yard staff, and transport vehicles for delivering and collecting leased work vehicles.
• Ensure that deliveries and collections of leased equipment are carried out on schedule.
• Manage the fleet and machinery schedule with regard to workshop appointments and maintain regular coordination with customer service.

Profile Sought

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services or a similar shipping-related qualification.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in forwarding or dispatch planning.
• A structured, independent, and dependable way of working, combined with strong motivation.
• Good teamwork, organizational ability, strong communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
• Comfort with computers and technology is an advantage.
