About the Role

Our client is a Singapore-based organisation that is undergoing a broad enterprise transformation. Procurement has been identified as a key priority area, and the business is looking for a Director or Senior Manager to help shape and lead the change.

Role Overview

In this position, you will report to the Director of Operations and take ownership of the Group Procurement function. You will guide a team and be responsible for building and delivering the organisation’s procurement strategy over the medium to long term.

You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to strengthen strategic partnership, while ensuring the right balance between governance, compliance, risk management, cost effectiveness, and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group Procurement function and supervise the team.
  • Develop and implement the organisation’s procurement strategy for the medium to long term.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to improve procurement alignment with business goals.
  • Strengthen governance and compliance across procurement activities.
  • Manage risk exposure while maintaining cost discipline and service standards.
  • Support transformation and change management initiatives within procurement.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of relevant procurement experience is required.
