Role overview
We are looking for a contract Digital Account Director to support a growth-focused opportunity. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, coordination, and review of web-based IT projects across the organization. The right person will be comfortable juggling several priorities at once and keeping projects moving smoothly.
What you will do
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new tools and working methods.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate schedules across stakeholders.
- Support budgeting and expense-related planning.
- Spot technical issues early and work toward practical resolutions.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing web-based projects.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile approaches is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales, including upselling, is beneficial.
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
