The role focuses on supporting day-to-day FX dealing and trading operations across major currency pairs.

Track currency market movements, relevant news, and economic developments that may influence FX pricing and trading.
Support senior dealers with quote preparation, trade execution, and trade surveillance tasks.
Assist in running electronic trading platforms and maintaining efficient execution processes.
Contribute ideas to improve operational productivity through automation and technology-driven solutions.
Build simple scripts and tools to help with reporting, monitoring, and process improvements.
Carry out daily reconciliations, reporting, and administrative work linked to FX trading activity.
Follow internal controls, risk guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.
Work with Operations, Risk, IT, and other internal teams whenever needed.

Comfort with technology, especially automation and electronic trading environments.
Basic working knowledge of Python is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Solid numerical skills and careful attention to detail.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field is preferred.
Fundamental understanding of FX markets and foreign exchange instruments.
Interest in automation and electronic trading systems.
Basic Python knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel; Bloomberg familiarity is a plus.
Exposure to electronic trading platforms or financial market systems.
Experience with data analysis, APIs, or scripting tools would be beneficial.
