Role Overview
We are seeking a junior-level Data Insights Analyst who is naturally inquisitive and comfortable working with data to surface patterns, measure performance, and support better decision-making across the business. The role is suited to someone who enjoys turning raw information into clear, practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from different business systems, prepare it for analysis, and carry out cleaning and review tasks.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that highlight important findings.
- Spot trends, recurring patterns, and potential opportunities that can inform business planning.
- Work with teams across the organization to answer business questions using data.
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Support improvements to data structures and analytical workflows.
- Record reporting approaches and help uphold analytics standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical mindset.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
- Basic familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytics tools would be beneficial.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings in simple terms.
