Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst to support AI and automation initiatives from a remote role based in the United States. The position is centered on turning data into insights that help shape automation plans and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Examine datasets to identify opportunities where automation can improve processes.
Assist in preparing data for AI and machine learning model development.
Work with structured datasets and data pipeline workflows.
Create reports and dashboards that support business and technical decision-making.
Partner with technical teams to align analysis with project goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
Hands-on exposure to AI or automation-related projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of Python or R is preferred.
Experience working with machine learning datasets is preferred.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
