Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The Dance Instructor will work with students of varying ages and skill levels, teaching ballroom and related dance forms through organized, engaging, and easy-to-follow instruction.

Key Duties

• Plan and deliver lesson material in a structured and engaging way.
• Conduct both group classes and one-on-one sessions.
• Show dance techniques and choreography clearly and safely.
• Give personalized guidance and constructive feedback to students.
• Help students prepare for showcases, performances, or special events.
• Maintain a safe, friendly, and encouraging studio environment.
• Coordinate with the team on class timetables and studio activities.
• Support student admissions, respond to class-related questions, and assist with promotional or community activities when needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have solid ballroom and general dance ability, along with the confidence to teach steps in a clear and safe manner. Experience creating lesson plans for different age groups and skill levels is important, as is the ability to guide students through progressive learning.

A strong sense of rhythm, timing, and musicality is needed to support choreography and classroom instruction. Prior teaching experience in a studio, school, or similar environment is preferred. The role also calls for patience, motivation, and a supportive approach to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the instructor must be available to work evenings and weekends according to class and event schedules.
