Role overview

This position reports to the Procurement & Logistics Manager. You will act as the connection point between customers and the operations function, supporting the full order-to-delivery journey and handling customer service activities along the way.

What you will do

  • Enter sales orders into SAP and assist customers from order capture through to shipment
  • Handle customer questions and requests by phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot product and service concerns, and route unresolved issues to the right internal team
  • Keep customer information accurate and maintain records of interactions
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support when needed
  • Follow ABB’s Code of Conduct and health, safety, and environment standards

You will be part of a fast-moving customer support group, reporting to a team manager and working closely with operations, sales, and product colleagues. The environment values collaboration, customer focus, and ongoing improvement.

Required background and capabilities

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP experience with practical order processing knowledge, along with a solid customer service track record across phone, email, and chat channels.
