Creative Producer

Role overview

SRMG is looking for a Creative Producer to steer the full production cycle for its lifestyle platforms. The role calls for someone who can protect brand consistency while tailoring visual output to suit the demands of each channel and format.

Production planning and coordination

You will take ownership of shoot and visual production planning from concept through to final delivery. This includes building timelines, securing locations, aligning talent schedules, and arranging the resources needed to keep production on track.

Network management

The position requires an active and reliable network of photographers, videographers, stylists, location contacts, PR agencies, and brand partners who support lifestyle content creation. You will tap into the right relationships at the right time to deliver work efficiently and effectively.

Post-production and delivery

You will supervise post-production processes such as selecting images, coordinating retouching, preparing files in the right formats, and delivering both low-resolution and high-resolution assets across relevant platforms.

Cross-functional collaboration

Working closely with editorial, social, and commercial teams, you will help turn story concepts into strong visual executions that work well across digital, social, and print formats when needed.

Budgeting and vendor administration

The role also involves managing project budgets carefully, monitoring spend, negotiating pricing, and ensuring each production remains within approved limits without affecting quality. You will also handle invoices, contracts, and financial reconciliation for shoots and external vendors, maintaining orderly and audit-ready records.

Rights management and industry awareness

You will oversee image usage rights, licensing terms, and related fees across owned, operated, and third-party channels, with awareness of both regional and international usage requirements. A strong eye for current visual trends in lifestyle media and digital storytelling is essential, along with the ability to bring fresh ideas that feel original rather than repetitive.
