Role Overview

Buddha Jones is looking for a Creative Manager who is enthusiastic about entertainment marketing and comfortable thriving in a lively, deadline-driven environment. This position sits at the center of the creative workflow, helping keep projects organized, moving, and on track across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Producers and Creative Directors to monitor timelines and keep project milestones visible.
  • Coordinate client requests from intake through final completion.
  • Prepare and distribute viewing links for client review.
  • Check all creative deliverables carefully before they are sent out.
  • Route graphic assignments and support both internal and external graphics-related needs.
  • Partner with the finishing team to help ensure outputs are completed smoothly and on schedule.
  • Join project meetings and calls, capture notes, and share updates with the relevant teams.
  • Arrange internal and client-facing meetings whenever needed.
  • Keep the assignment calendar organized and prioritize work according to project timelines.
  • Manage client-provided materials and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
  • Stay ahead of project needs and address them proactively as they come up.
  • Collaborate with the music and writing teams when project requirements call for it.
  • Support script packet assembly and delivery when required.
  • Share client notes with editors and help manage work-in-progress revisions.
