Position Overview

The team is seeking a designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience and a strong grounding in brand design. The ideal candidate should have a solid command of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling. This role covers a wide mix of work, including ecommerce creative, paid social, CRM, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives. The designer will report to the Creative Director and work closely with creative leads, project managers, strategists, growth marketers, and developers to produce work that is both visually strong and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaign directions and visual identities for product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Design site graphics, landing pages, banners, and ecommerce merchandising materials.
  • Convert brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences while contributing to the evolution of visual systems.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to move ideas from concept through final delivery.
  • Present creative clearly, respond constructively to feedback, and refine work efficiently.
  • Keep a high level of precision while handling several projects at once.

Required Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally gained in an agency or consumer brand environment.
