About the Company

Precision for Medicine combines clinical trial delivery, scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data science to help life sciences organizations accelerate the development of therapies and improve study outcomes. The company positions itself as a different kind of CRO, built around technology, specialized knowledge, and operating scale.

Role Overview

Precision for Medicine is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support APAC site contracting activities. The role requires solid hands-on experience with Clinical Site Agreements, including managing agreements across APAC. This is a detail-oriented position for someone who enjoys complex work, can handle multiple priorities, and wants to contribute to project delivery through strong contract and budget management. This is not a people-management role.

What You Will Do

  • Review, prepare, negotiate, and monitor a range of legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements across multiple locations.
  • Help shape contracting approaches for assigned projects and support the setup of site contracting plans.
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to keep contracting work aligned with study timelines and project commitments.
  • Take full responsibility for site contract management, from defining the contracting strategy through to contract execution.
  • Engage directly with clients during the site contracting process.
  • Manage site budget negotiations as part of the contracting workflow.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven background in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and controlling Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts within the APAC region.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
  • Direct experience working with global institutions, with particular focus on APAC-based organizations.
  • Prior involvement in discussions with study teams and sponsors.
  • Experience gained in a CRO, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment is required.

Preferred Background

  • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
  • Equivalent practical experience in a legal, scientific, or healthcare field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in law, science, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to create contracting plans and negotiation guides for CTA and budget discussions.
  • Strong relationship management skills with study teams, sites, and sponsors.
  • Fluency in English.

Key Competencies

  • Strong written communication and organization skills, with the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to handle urgent matters accurately and with close attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, independent, and equally effective working alone or with a team.
  • Professional conduct, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills in both internal and external interactions.
  • Good business judgment and a proactive working style.
  • Comfort using MS Office and other computer-based tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential matters discreetly.
  • Works effectively in a virtual setting and builds productive relationships across and outside the organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including overnight trips.
